We know there is so much to think about when you start planning your wedding, so our wedding planners and delivery teams have put their knowledge and experience together to create some top tips and tools to help make this planning a whole lot easier.
Meanwhile, here are the most popular questions we get asked to help you start planning.
How many guests can I have at my wedding?
The Venue is easily divided to enlarge or contract, generally, our wedding parties are around 80+ for day guests and up to 350 guests for dancing the night away.
Do you welcome and cater for children?
Yes, children are more than welcome at The Venue.
Can I have my wedding ceremony in Eskmills?
Yes, we have a dedicated licensed ceremony area inside the venue, complete with beautiful aisle, pews, music and a ceremony table and we have a unique garden ceremony area with stage, outside seating, and a garden room for signing the register.
Is there an option to get married outside
at the venue?
Yes, outdoor ceremonies are allowed in our Eden Garden weather permitting and will be confirmed by your Event Manager on the day of the wedding at 11am via a telephone call.
What kind of ceremonies/celebrant
can we have?
We allow all different types of ceremonies and celebrants. You can find out more via our Wedding Ceremonies page.
Can we provide our own catering?
No, we request that you consult with our 3 catering partners.
Is there accommodation at the venue?
We do not have accommodation in the venue; however, we can supply a list of local accommodation.
How much is my deposit?
The deposit is 50% of your booking value taken upon confirmation to secure your booking. The balance is then payable 12 weeks prior to your wedding.
Do we get use of the whole venue?
Yes, the hire in our packages is exclusive use of the whole venue, including the Eden Garden.
Can you help with/do you have a list of suppliers?
Yes, we have a list of recommended suppliers familiar with The Venue.
Can we have our pet in the venue?
No, we do not allow pets inside the venue due to health and safety legislation.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The Venue is all on one level, meaning it is fully wheelchair accessible. We also have an accessible toilet in the main reception of the venue.
What time does the bar close?
Last orders are taken at 12:30am and the bar closes at 12:45am. Guests will then depart at 1am.
